Due to unavailability of the products in the market, a few of the products are being neglected. I know a lot of you would like to know how does the Secret Garden smells like before purchasing it. I received a lot of inquiries about the scents and I decided to come out with this reviews. Hopefully this will help you in choosing the right scent.

I would really appreciate if you could share your experience about this product as well, if you have tried it before. You can leave your comment at the comment box at the end of this post and hopefully, others have a better idea about the scents that they have not tried.

Pure Seduction - casaba melon, plum, and freesia.

My Personal Review
Pure Seduction is one of my best selling scents.I love the fruity, sweet notes in it. This is not a sugary smell, but it is a bit like fruit juice/punch.I find it to be a sexy sweet scent. Lasting power is pretty good too.

"I feel like a teenager wearing this scent. to me, its kind of cheesy... but it really doesn't disappoint. It is very sweet and fruity but not in a bad way. You will definitely get a lot of attention with this scent because it is sexy and sweet. it's very strong with just one spray. I've found it lasts a long time on clothing too. I spray on my jacket and it's there the next day! the lotion also lasts longer as well."

Love Spell - cherry blossom, peach and white jasmine.

I really love this scent and been using it for a long time. This is also one of my best selling scent. I'm currently using the Body Wash, Hand Cream and Mist. It has this sweet and yummy scent. Make me feel fresh all day long.

A nice combination that creates a very sweet, welcoming smell. A sweet strawberry touch with a champagne aftertaste definitely nails it. One of my hubby's favourites!!!

"I love Victoria Secret's Strawberries and Champagne. I think it is a great casual or everyday scent. It is for those that like fruity scents with a little bit of tartness. You can definitely smell the champagne, but it is not overwhelming. I highly recommend this if you like fruity smells. It would be good for the summer."

"This is the first Victoria's Secret Garden body spray that I ever purchased and I am IN LOVE with it! A very floral scent and very strong. Takes a while to get softer but once it is evaporated, it's quite pleasant. Not my favourite though...

"Smells very nice. I'd like it for holiday wear as in Christmas time. This is quite delicious. Once you sprayed on to your body, it's like thousands of petals showering on you. Sweet, floral a little fruity and very sexy.

"One of the best Secret Garden scents ever, This is one of the only scents from the collection that I never get bored of. It has something fresh and delicious about it that is similar to watermelon, but it also smells pretty and deep. For a fruity scent, this one is definitely sexy! My boyfriend loves when I wear this. Sweet Temptation - apricot, grapefruit and lily of the alley

To me, it has to be applied slightly as it is quite strong and some people might not like it initially. It takes sometime to get softer and more pleasant.

Amber Romance - black cherry, cream anglaise and sandalwood

I can't really register what scent that came from Amber Romance but I can tell you that it's sweet. It reminds to to vanilla pods...nice.

I have the Body Butter and Mist. The lasting power is quite good when layering. I use the butter after morning shower, really moisturize my skin, and still can smell it at the end of the day. Great for those who wants a very light scent. Not too sweet.

"This scent makes me feel happy. It is very fresh, clean, sparkling pear scent. I can smell the soft violets in it as well. The only disadvantage is that it fades quickly, and I like my scents to last long. You can always spritz more on though, and it is perfect to wear to bed or on a day where you want to wear something light and pretty. I've been told that this smells very sexy! It's a keeper."

"I have the body spray, EDT, and lotion. The body spray and lotion are similar in that they're both lightly sweet, apple/pear scented, like a fruity shampoo. They're easy to wear, clean & fruity. He thinks Pear Glace smells very sexy, which suggests that subtlety is often the best thing."


Sweet Daydream - apple, raspberries and vanilla.

The apple notes really makes me fresh all day. I have the EDT's in my purse most of the time. Just spray it when I feel like having an instant feel good scent.

This has a nice amount delicious sweetness, reminding me of candy apples. I love vanilla as well, and this has some of those undertones in there. This is Country Apple-meets-Pure Seduction. It is very crisp and has an apple smell to it, but it is also sweet, rich, and sensual. It lasts long and is a very nice addition to the Secret Garden collection."

"Smells delicious! Just rediscovered this in my closet, wore it today, and was pleasantly surprised! When I think of vanilla, I usually associate it with cooking or air fresheners, not body sprays. However, this isn't sickly sweet like pure vanilla extract. It's warmer and lighter. "This review is for the body mist.....I haven't tried the lotion yet. But anyway, I've only had this for a day and actually really really like it. Already gotten compliments on it too. This is a new scent in 2009. And I really love it! It has this very tangerine and bit of rose notes which I really like. I'm a big fan of BBW Peony (has a Rose scent) . I would definitely recommend this for everyone!

"I just bought Delicate Petals today and I am in LOVE. I purchased the hand creme, spray, EDT, body butter and shower gel. The staying power is fantastic - this is a fairly strong fragrance so I will use sparingly. This is a scent comprised of tangerine, rose petals and musk. The three notes blend together to form a lovely, fresh spring fragrance. It is VERY VERY VERY similar to the Ed Hardy perfume, but it is thankfully less than half the price of Ed Hardy. It is also in a much better looking bottle, thank god, no gaudy tattoo prints here. The VS packaging is simple and girly. I just love this."

Oh this is a sexy apple smell :) It has a different smell than the typical Apple smells. A must try for VS lovers!!

"LOVE it. It's a fresh, cute, and youthful apple scent with the slightest hint of cinnamon/spice that is only noticeable when you layer the lotion and splash. It's very similar to B&BW country apple but I like it better. Think of it as Country Apple - green base notes + a little spice - tartness + warmth. My boyfriend really likes it; that's always good (: (: I wore it for the first time to the homecoming semiformal, and when he hugged me hello, I remember him telling me "Mmm, you smell like spiced cider!" LOL."

"This is my favorite TRUE apple scent. I still have a ton of splashes and lotions. One of my favorite all-time scent because this has staying power (at least on me). Works best during the fall winter months. All my bottles are in great working condition, I'm still able to spray upside down without any product spilling. Layered with the lotion and body cream you're smelling like spiced cider. Keeps me "up" during the slow winter months."

"Smelling from the bottle, it has a very fruity "typically-Victoria's-Secret" smell, however, on my skin it takes on a whole new dimension and the different layers of scents really come out and are defined. On my skin it smells like tropical flowers and passionfruit and the musk gives it a VERY sexy kick. The scent lasts a long time and it moisturises decently (as in its not the greatest, but far from the worst.) I cant say its a scent that I cant live without and I dont think I will buy it again, but I'll enjoy using it while it lasts."

"I bought this for my mother in the "Ultra-Moisturizing Hand & Body Cream" & she loves it. Victoria's Secret advertises this scent as "sparkling fruity, floral mix of sweet passionfruit, wild Brazilian orchid and warm musk". I'd have to say that is 100% spot on accurate. Don't let the "warm musk" note fool you though, Lost in Fantasy is a GREAT summer scent!"

"I liked a lot of fragrances but now most seem either unpleasant or just blah. However, I was sniffing scents at Victoria's Secret and found Lost in Fantasy. Yes, it is quite sweet but I just love it. The notes are passionfruit, orchid and musk. Fairly simple but the combination really worked for my nose. I would have given it a 5 except it does not seem to be very long lasting."

"This is so delicious! I almost didn't try it out because most coconut scented fragrances don't end up being what I hope for; they either smell like suntan lotion or have a weird plastic (or maybe play dough, as another reviewer said) scent to them. I am so glad I tried this though! It's like the perfect, foody sweet vanilla. There's just enough coconut that you know it's there, but I would say the vanilla note is more dominant. The coconut serves to give the vanilla the perfect rounded out sweetness. It also lasts a really long time. I think I like this even more than Vanilla Lace."

"LOVE. seriously, this is my favorite perfume - I have been searching for the perfect vanilla for SO long. L'artisan didn't have it, Jo Malone didn't have it, Laura Mercier (though quite good) didn't have it...THIS is it, for only $9 a bottle lol! I know the title is "coconut" but there is much more vanilla than coconut in this. It does list vanilla as one of the main notes. This perfume is so light, feminine, lovely - I just smell my wrist all day and go "ahhh." :) it smells so clean and scrumptious. My husband who pretty much hates all perfumes ( I can NEVER find one he likes) loves this on me. The perfect find and I have already arranged to swap for another one so I won't run out!"

"This is my Holy Grail of coconut fragrances. It's light, airy, sweet, and creamy, and it is free of patchouli and musk, my all-time least favorite ingredients. As with any coconut, heliotrope, or vanilla fragrance, there's a risk of getting the dreaded Pla-Doh note. That happened to me with several coconut perfumes, including Lavanila Vanilla Coconut. But I am overjoyed to say that this is not with the case with Coconut Passion, at least for my body chemistry. This smells purely edible on my skin, so much so that it cuts down on my usual cravings for sweets in the middle of the afternoon."

"ONE of My Favorites.... I have always loved amber Romance BY VS. I found this on sale and I end up going back and buying another set. I am almost out of the lotion and body wash. I hope I can find it again. The honeysuckle is not over powering and it last all day on me. I have a lot of people ask me what I have on. Which is always a plus. I will def buy again if I can find it again"

"I love this scent! It smells like fruit punch- which I love. And it doesn't smell tacky or anything... It smells really fruity and it leaves a vanilla scent when it fades. It doesn't have great lasting powder, but that's okay, I still love it!"

"This was brought back for the Semi-Annual and uh, I'm glad it was. To me, it smells like a sort of sugary fruit punch, but it's VERY heavy on the cherry scent. The undertones are soft, almost vanillaish. It's VERY fragrant and outlandish but to be honest, I've worn this every day for a week now and while I'm relatively sure I can smell it throughout the day, I don't think anyone else can. I can see how this could be a very 'love it or hate it' scent because it's very extreme. It's a sort of radical fruity smell but very sweet and almost a bit bitter. "love it love it love it! i agree the lotion is a bit more pleasant because the spray is initially overwhelming, but it lasts for hours. most sprays can't do that. It is like a cherry orchid with strawberries and a dash of floral heaven. you only need one or two splashes. i love this better than love spell, which to me so overwhelming. this is probably the smell i get the most compliments on from strangers. too bad this is a seasonal scent. or possibly discontinued, not sure. i made sure i got mine to last for a while."

"It doesn't smell like baby powder as much as everyone says - probably more like the first couple minutes after using baby oil. It does have the creamy yet powdery note mentioned, though. The dry down is sensual, clean, and comforting, almost unisex. It's perfect for Fall or for laying with fruity fragrances."

"I was surprised at how lovely the fragrance actually is. The initial spray kinda chokes me, but as it dries down, I find the scent very comforting and cuddly. My husband really likes it too, its musky, powdery and creamy."
